Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email and payment confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Due to Covid-19 logistics issues nationally and globally, we are unable to guarantee delivery times.  However, we will provide tracking information, to help you plan for the arrival of your purchase. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We offer free standard shipping inside the continental United States.

We require a delivery signature on all orders over $300.




International Shipping

We offer international shipping, on a case by case basis.  Email us first to make sure your area is covered at: heartlandfinejewelry@gmail.com to go over restrictions, delivery fees and possible duties you may need to cover.   Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Heartland Fine Jewelry is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at heartlandfinejewelry@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. 

Heartland Fine Jewelers requires a signature at time of delivery on all orders over $300.
